The Right Door
A shepherd is the person that guards, protects and
loves his sheep. When the sheep are in the pen
the shepherd is by the door guarding/watching over
the sheep. If an unfriendly animal approaches the
doorway to try and get in to harm the sheep, the
shepherd is there to prevent that from happening.
Inside the pen is safety, security, love, and peace.
The place where we can find safety, security, love
and peace is in heaven. The way we can make it
into heaven is through Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
The only way we can gain entrance into heaven
is by putting our faith and our trust in Jesus Christ.
There are many many routes to take us to hell but
there is only one route to take us to heaven. We
have to go through the right /gate door in order to do
that, (John 10:9) “I am the gate/door. The person who
enters through Me will be saved. He will be able to
come in and go out and find pastor.” The gate/door is
through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, the Son
of God.
